Spring Plant Sale and EcoMarket 2024
On Saturday, May 11, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., come to rare’s Slit Barn at 768 Blair Road for our annual Spring Plant Sale & EcoMarket!
Choose from a diverse array of seedlings; hot peppers, sweet peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, squash, all kinds of herbs, leafy greens, beneficial flowers and native pollinators have been grown by Springbank Food Bank staff and volunteers to fundraise for rare!
All proceeds raised by the Plant Sale will support the Food Bank Gardens at Springbank Farm, ensuring the growth of healthy, fresh, organic produce for those in need in our community.
Don’t miss out of the RAFFLE which you’ll find at the rare booth under the EcoMarket tent featuring beautiful creations generously donated by vendors and artisans of the EcoMarket. Winners will be announced the following week.
You can shop the EcoMarket underneath the big tent outside the Slit Barn which will be hosting a dozen local artisans, eco-friendly small businesses, and socially conscious community groups whose gifts can be added to your gardens and homes. Consider supporting locals as you look for a Mother’s Day gift with vendors such as…
